On your Firestick, press the search button (the magnifying glass at the top of the menu).
Type Downloader and install the free orange app called "Downloader".
Open Downloader. In the box at the top, type this number: 7671639 and press Go.
Wait for the small download bar to finish, then press Install.
When it's installed, press Open.
Type your username and password exactly as we sent them, then press Add Playlist. Done! 🎉
Go to Settings → Service → and change "Server 1" to "Server 2" or "Server 3". Still stuck? Message us and we'll help in 2 minutes.

For Chromecast, Shield, Sony Android TV, and similar boxes.
Open the Google Play Store on your TV and search for Downloader.
Install the orange "Downloader" app.

For Samsung, LG, Hisense, Vizio.
On your TV, open the app store and search for Hot Player or IBO Player. Install it.
Open the app. You'll see a long code on screen called a MAC Address — write it down or take a photo with your phone.
On your phone or computer, open a browser and go to the app's website (for Hot Player it's hotplayer.app).
Click Upload List and enter the MAC Address you wrote down.
Choose Add Xtream Code and enter the Server URL, username, and password we sent you.
Go back to your TV and restart the app. Your channels will load. 🎉
This is the most common setup we help with. Send us your MAC Address by WhatsApp and we can set it up for you in 5 minutes.
On your Roku, open the Channel Store, search for Hot Player, and press Add Channel.
Open the app. Write down the MAC Address shown on screen.
On your phone or computer, go to: hotplayer.app
Click Upload List and type in the MAC Address from your TV.
Choose Add Xtream Code and enter the Server URL, username, and password we sent you.
Restart the app on your Roku. You're ready to watch. 🎉

Open the App Store and search for Smarters Player Lite (or iMPlayer). Install it.
Open the app and tap Add User or Add Playlist.

The biggest mistake is mistyping the username or password. If channels don't load, message us — we'll check it together.

Install it like any other program, then open IPTV Smarters Pro.
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
Type any name, then your Server URL, username, and password.

Open the MyTVOnline 2 or MyTVOnline 3 app (DOL2 for Dreamlink).
Go to Menu → Connections → Add Portal.
Type a name (anything works — like "Flixtele").
Turn ON the switch called "Login Required".
Type the Portal URL, username, and password we sent you.
Press Connect. Your channels will load. 🎉

Choose XC API Login (please don't choose MAC server).

BuzzTV remotes can be confusing — message us if you get lost.
MAG Boxes need a different kind of setup that we don't currently support directly. Don't worry — we can still help you watch TV.
Message us and we'll either help you connect using a different method, or recommend an affordable replacement like a Firestick (about $40).
Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming.
Make sure your Xtream Codes are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.
Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
Restart your device and also reboot your router/modem.

Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again.
